Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 23 October 2026
At City Nest we want everyone, including disabled people, to be able to use our website easily. We build the site aiming for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
What we do
- Pages can be navigated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on links and buttons.
- Images have descriptive alternative text.
- Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast, and text can be zoomed to 200% in the browser.
- Headings and sections are structured so that screen readers can follow them.
- The site is available in four languages (Turkish, English, French, German) and every page declares its language.
- Every form field has a label and error messages are shown as text.
Known limitations
- Some PDF brochures supplied by schools and accommodation providers may not be accessible.
- External content such as maps and videos is loaded from third-party services and may not be fully accessible.
- Some images in older blog posts may lack alternative text; we are completing them regularly.
Feedback and contact
If you find content on our website hard to access, or would like information in another format (such as large print or by phone), write to hello@citynest.uk. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
We review and update this statement as we make changes to the website.
