The English for Academic Purposes course has been specially developed for students preparing for university or who need a strong grounding in academic English to succeed in an academic environment. The programme systematically strengthens skills such as academic reading, writing, note-taking, presentation techniques and critical thinking. With 20 lessons a week, it aims to help students master the terminology specific to academic English and reach a level at which they can take part in university classes with confidence. Delivered with a British Council-accredited curriculum and experienced teachers, this programme provides a strong transition to both undergraduate and postgraduate study.
